We're pleased to announce that a comprehensive security audit of our Open Source packages is currently underway. Anticipate the release of a detailed report by the end of October. This external review serves not just as a testament to our dedication to safety and integrity, but hopefully also builds trust in our work. And the icing on the cake? No issues have surfaced thus far!

In other news, we are excited to introduce an interactive form with animations that visualize the entire Opaque process. While we're in the process of refining the content and finessing the animations, we're confident that this visualization will demystify the Opaque workings, fostering further trust in the protocol. Kudos to Susanne & Betty for their impeccable design and execution!

While we are not actively participating in standardization process, we are excited that the Opaque Protocol draft has been submitted for consideration as an RFC. There is a good amount of feedback and vibrant discussions taking place on the CRFG mailing list.

As we approach the completion of our security audit and the potential acceptance of our draft as an RFC, the horizon looks promising for the stable 1.0 release.
